Jalapeno Dip

INGREDIENTS
4 oz can of diced jalapeños (or ½ cup fresh, seeded & chopped)
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 clove garlic, pressed
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
¾ cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup panko bread crumbs
4 tbsp butter, melted
¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine cream cheese, garlic & sour cream in mixer or food processor. Stir in cheddar, parmesan & jalapeños. Spread in 8x8 baking dish.
For topping, combine crumbs, butter, cheese & cilantro. Sprinkle over the cream cheese mixture. Bake 15-20 minutes at 375* until hot & breadcrumbs are golden brown.
Delicious with Rosemary Crackers!
