5 Minute Dough

Ingredients
Dough
1-½ cups flour (plus additional if needed)
1-½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp baking soda
1 cup plain greek yogurt
1 tbsp fresh Rosemary, chopped ( other fresh herb)
Parchment Paper
Directions
Prepare dough by combining all dry ingredients in the classic batter bowl. Stir in yogurt and rosemary. Mix until combined, then knead for 4 minutes (I made mine quickly in a food processor which does the kneading for you). You want the dough to be soft, but not sticky so add more flour or yogurt as needed.
Use with pizza or flatbread recipe.
