Guacamole

INGREDIENTS
4 avacados
2 limes, squeezed
2 cloves garlic, pressed
½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
½ tsp salt (season to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut avocados in half & remove the pit. Using a spoon, scoop the "meat" out of the shell & into a mixing bowl. Add lime juice, pressed garlic, chopped cilantro & salt. Mash with a fork to the consistency you like. We leave ours a little chunky.
