Ingredients
1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
3 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, pressed
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Place the green beans in 12" Stainless Steel Nonstick Skillet and add 1/2” of water. Cover and heat over medium-high heat until the beans are just barely fork tender (do not overcook), about 7 minutes. Drain beans using large Stainless Steel Mesh Colander, and set aside.
Return the skillet to medium-low heat. Add the butter into the skillet, and cook, stirring with Mix 'N Scraper frequently, until the butter begins to tint brown, about 5 minutes. Press garlic using the Garlic Press. Add garlic to skillet and cook until the garlic is just fragrant, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat, add in the cooked green beans, and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
Place beans in a serving dish, then drizzle the rest of the butter from the skillet over top.
Serve immediately.
