Chile Lime Corn

INGREDIENTS
24 oz frozen corn
2 limes
2 cloves garlic, pressed
½ cup creamed cheese, divided into chunks
2 tsp ground chile
1 tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients in a nonstick skillet, pressing down cream cheese to help it melt. Once it's well mixed, put a lid on the skillet & let it simmer for a few minutes to cook the corn. Remove from heat & serve it hot.
Cook's Tips
You can also grill corn on the cob, then use the Kernel Cutter to remove the corn from the cobs. Mix remaining ingredients in the Small Batter Bowl and microwave for 1 minute, or until cream cheese is soft enough to mix with a whisk. Add cream cheese mixture to corn & stir until corn is coated.
