Homemade BBQ Sauce

INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cups ketchup
1 cup apple juice
⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp molasses
1 tbsp black pepper (optional)
3 cloves garlic, pressed
1 tbsp finely chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground coriander
1 medium jalapeno, finely diced (remove seeds with a spoon for milder sauce)
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a skillet & mix well. Cook over medium heat until it comes to a boil, then reduce heat & simmer for 25 minutes.
Use immediately or cool & store in a glass jar with a lid in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
