Homemade Ranch Dressing Mix & Dressing

Ingredients

20 saltine crackers

2 cups dry minced parsley

½ cup dry minced onion

2 tbsp dry dill

¼ cup onion salt

¼ cup garlic salt

¼ cup garlic powder

¼ cup onion powder


Directions

  1. Chop 2 crackers with parsley, onions and dill in the manual food processor until powdered, then put them in the classic batter bowl.

  2. Chop the remaining crackers in the manual food processor until powdered, then add them to the other ingredients in the batter bowl.

  3. Add remaining spices and mix well.

  4. Store in a make & take mason jar at room temperature for up to a year.


Homemade Ranch Dressing

1 tbsp dry ranch mix

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup milk

1 lemon, juiced


  1. Pour milk into an easy-read measuring cup and use the citrus press to squeeze lemon juice into the milk.

  2. Put the mayonnaise in the small batter bowl. Fold the milk mixture and dry ranch mix into the mayonnaise using the classic scraper.

  3. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
