Quick Raspberry Jam

INGREDIENTS
4 oz fresh raspberries (or other fruit)
1 tbsp chia seeds
¼ tsp vanilla
3 tbsp hot water
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix chia seeds and water to manual food processor. Let cool a little, then add remaining ingredients & mix well. Use immediately or store in glass jar in fridge.
NOTE
You can add 2 tsp sugar if you want a sweeter jam.
